Do you take walk-ins?
Appointments are recommended so we can give you the time and attention you deserve, but walk-ins are welcome whenever we have availability. Call (707) 585-0900 to check if your stylist can fit you in.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Deposits for appointments with Trisha: $100 for chemical services or anything two hours or longer, $50 for one-hour services. Give at least 3 days notice to cancel and the deposit is refunded. Less notice than that and the deposit is not refunded. No-shows are charged $100 for appointments of two hours or longer and $50 for one-hour appointments. Illness and unavoidable emergencies will be considered. Other stylists set their own policies; ask when you book.
Are you open on Sundays?
Yes. The salon is open every day, 9 AM to 7 PM. Trisha’s own days vary with her clients’ needs; she is usually in by 11 AM and stays as late as she is needed, so text ahead.
Do you do braids, perms, or keratin treatments?
Yes. Trisha is the studio’s specialist for curly and textured hair, keratin smoothing (Brazilian Blowout certified), straight and curly perms, and braiding. Text or call her at (707) 888-6991.

We start with a consultation to understand your hair goals and what you’re looking for. Your stylist looks at your hair’s texture and condition, walks you through your options and pricing, then gets to work. It’s a conversation, not a transaction.
